Due to the extended “Shelter in Place” order we will be closed for in person sessions until about May 4th. We will be offering telehealth visits starting around April 4th for those who are interested. For updates you can check back with our website or call or text 925-284-6150. We will be updating both regularly. We will be reaching out to all clients at the end of April/early May to get everyone rescheduled and back on your plans of care as soon as it is safe for us to do so. Please don’t hesitate to call with any questions or concerns during this time as we are here for you. Thank you!

I went to the doctor and got referred to PT, and the doctor highly recommended LPT. In a very short period, about 4 weeks, my knees are in fantastic shape and the surrounding muscles are significantly stronger and help stabilize my knees. I am returning to Tae Kwon Do and enjoying my workout again. I also had the best massage with Joanne and purchased a package to help prevent any further injuries. Thank you to Gary, Davis, Jocelyn, the other PT staff and the front desk staff, and Joanne. Lastly, I had fun doing my exercises and will continue to do them at home. Thanks for Gary’s creativity and challenges!”
