I went to the doctor and got referred to PT, and the doctor highly recommended LPT. In a very short period, about 4 weeks, my knees are in fantastic shape and the surrounding muscles are significantly stronger and help stabilize my knees. I am returning to Tae Kwon Do and enjoying my workout again. I also had the best massage with Joanne and purchased a package to help prevent any further injuries. Thank you to Gary, Davis, Jocelyn, the other PT staff and the front desk staff, and Joanne. Lastly, I had fun doing my exercises and will continue to do them at home. Thanks for Gary’s creativity and challenges!”
