Bio
Amy enjoys working with a variety of clients including active individuals who are interested in Pilates, Yoga, and/or return to sport. She was a varsity soccer captain and understands the demands of athletes at all levels. Amy especially loves working with shoulders, knees and the spine. She has taught fitness classes, assisted in biomedical research on VO2 max testing (Oxygen consumption measured during incremental exercise), a stroke fitness bootcamp for patients post CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), and has done research on the effects of yoga on balance. She has presented on topics such as Interval Training, as well as the effects of breathing on Physical Therapy treatment.
