Daniel Konstantino on his torn ligaments

I know that torn ligaments are very slow to heal and I worried I would miss my soccer and track season. Luckily, Anne helped me through the first part of the injury and when she left Naomi led me to my full recovery. I was able to run a strong 400m race before my track season ended. Now I’m ready to get into full fitness and continue to succeed on the track and on the field.”
