Breana Neil, Massage Therapist, graduated from McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland. She has always had a natural curiosity and propensity for learning about the human body. Massage therapy has allowed her to embrace this interest with a holistic hands-on approach. The goals in a session with Breana include stress relief, creating body awareness, pain management and helping to educate clients about their own body. She provides a pathway to help assist in allowing the body to do the healing necessary by communicating with the nervous system.
Breana provides a mindful integrated neuromuscular approach involving advanced techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching. To be able to work with an open-minded approach, she decided to pursue studies of not only Western but Eastern modalities as well including shiatsu and reiki. Breana has been trained to work with many conditions including cancer patients and survivors, Parkinson’s disease, fibromyalgia, and multiple sclerosis.
In her free time, Breana will typically be on a lake paddle boarding, traveling to hot springs to soak in, participating in a class, or learning a new recipe to cook.
