Bio

Kenny Givens has been a certified massage therapist since September 2013. While studying, he developed a curiosity for pain management, injury rehabilitation and sports massage. He is qualified to promote wellness advocacy utilizing techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and sports stretching. He effectively addresses those living with conditions such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease, as well as alleviates muscle sprains, strains and spasms and fascial restrictions in the neck, lower back and hips. He also has a passion for assisting athletes with maintenance and post-event recovery for various types of sporting events ranging from marathons, Iron Man competitions, and martial arts to golfing, hiking and cycling.

Kenny’s mission with every massage is to help alleviate tension and pain through bodywork customized to best suit the individual needs of each client. Each session is given from a place of professionalism, compassion, heart and humor. Kenny uses the following techniques to address client’s individual needs: Deep tissue Massage, Neuromuscular therapy (trigger point therapy), Myofascial release, Myofascial holds and stretches.
